First Driving Centre and Dubai Ambulance Join Forces for World First Aid Day 2025

DUBAI: In a major step toward improving road safety and community resilience, First Driving Centre (FDC) in association with Dubai Ambulance, hosted a specialised training event in honour of World First Aid Day 2025.

Under the theme ‘Be a Digital Lifesaver,’ the initiative transformed the driving centre into a hub for emergency response education, training participants with the skills to act decisively in critical situations.

The event featured a series of hands-on training classes led by expert paramedics from Dubai Ambulance. Participants were guided through life-saving techniques, including CPR and basic trauma care, using high-fidelity medical mannequins to simulate real-world emergencies. 

Dr. Suzanne Accetta, CEO of First Driving Centre, spoke on the importance of first aid in one’s life.  

By bridging the gap between driving instruction and emergency medical response, FDC and Dubai Ambulance are working together to create a safer, more prepared community on Dubai’s roads.
