Welcome to the First Driving Centre ("FDC") digital platforms. By accessing or using our website or mobile application ("Platforms"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platforms. FDC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at its discretion, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting.

  • Scope and Acceptance
    • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of FDC’s Platforms and the services provided, including but not limited to driving license courses.
    • By clicking, transacting, or using the Platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the service you engage with.
  • Disclaimer
    • FDC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, up-to-date information on its Platforms. However, no warranties or representations, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy or completeness of such information.
    • All services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Liability
    • FDC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay, including but not limited to data loss, non-delivery, misuse, or interruption of services, resulting from the use or inability to use the Platforms.
    • FDC shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through its Platforms.
  • Payment Terms
    • Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for the selected services. FDC reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts by any lawful means, including credit card deductions.
    • Fees are subject to change based on applicable terms and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
    • FDC reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for personal data access requests as permitted by UAE law.
  • Modification of Services
    • FDC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or content on its Platforms at any time without prior notice.
    • Customers will be notified of significant changes that impact their use of the services.
  • Customer Responsibilities
    Customers agree to:
    • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and not share their login details with any third party.
    • Use their account only for personal purposes and not attempt unauthorized access to FDC systems or services.
    • Refrain from uploading or sharing materials that:
      • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
      • Contain viruses, corrupted files, or harmful software.
      • Violate any UAE laws or FDC policies.
    • Notify FDC immediately in case of any suspected security breaches.
  • Data Collection and Privacy
    • FDC adheres to UAE data protection laws and collects, uses, and retains personal data as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
    • Personal data is required to provide services, including name, contact details, and other relevant information. Failure to provide accurate data may result in service interruptions.
    • FDC reserves the right to use the data for marketing and quality assurance purposes, subject to applicable laws.
  • Enrollment and Course Participation
    • Customers enrolling in driving license courses must provide accurate personal and vehicle-related details.
    • Course schedules, fees, and durations are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.
    • Customers must adhere to the course rules and regulations, including punctuality and attendance.
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per FDC’s refund policy, which is subject to UAE law.
    • Cancellation of services must be requested in writing, and FDC reserves the right to apply administrative charges where applicable.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All content on FDC’s Platforms, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of FDC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
    • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
  • Force Majeure
    FDC shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
  • Amendments
    FDC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platforms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Termination
    • FDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer’s access to its Platforms for any breach of these Terms.
    • Termination does not affect the accrued rights or obligations of either Party.
